Random check-in. Been sick for the last 4 days or so which has helped get my weight back down to where I was before my vacation a week ago

I actually hit 149 on Friday. Lots of partying and crawfish. I think I will try for 145 after 150.

A quick 4 day week, wedding on Friday, then gulf shores for a few days. I hope to stay the course.

the guys that are aiming for 145-150 are ya'll really short, or should I be aiming a lot lower.

Aim for the weight where you have a six pack. It will be a lot lower than you think.

Yea. My original goal was 170-175. I didn't see abs until around 168 or less. And that was barely. I continued to cut fat more efficiently and maintain/grow muscle mass.
Now I hold much better abs than almost a yer ago at 170+. About to test the limits of that soon. See how much mass I can get before fate starts to settle there again

Been back at it for a few weeks, but this week I finally got my appetite under control. Workouts have been pretty steady for the last few months.

I'm 5'10" and am real lean. I had hardly any muscle mass on my upper body when I started.

Had a really rough weekend last weekend, had a friend's funeral, gorged, got wasted, got a speeding ticket the next morning, ate like shite, then Monday I went to a friend's Memorial Day grill and ate a lot.. not good. I've recovered, but I need to make this weekend low-key and diet friendly.

Weigh-in today came after downing my 12oz of gatorade mix + my double serving of protein...so nearly 24 oz of water right before getting on the scale didn't help that number but it's all good.

holding steady right around 190 the past couple weeks. going to cut carbs (including beer) during the weekdays and start doing more than just long-interval runs to try and shed 10+ lbs over the next month or so.
