Back below 180.

BUT....

Birthday for my sister and dad tomorrow at Casa Garcia. It is going to be tough to keep my hands out of the chip basket. Love me some bean dip at the Casa.

I think I can get a semi-healthy chicken dish although I am sure it will be LOADED with sodium. I just need to watch the darn chips.

non-plateaus as they are known around this neck of the woods, can be a serious pain. Just keep doing the right thing and it will break.

Reared his ugly head these past couple of days, with the move and all. No time to cook and prepare stuff, add to that the fact that I'm up at night while everything but taco bell is closed.. had taco bell last night, beer and pizza today. Move-in is all finished, time to get back on the saddle and deal with my screw-ups.

Down 30 in 6 weeks.

11 more to go to be at the weight I was when I quit smoking (which, incidentally, was the heaviest I had ever been at that point).

Up a pound today even though I was PERFECT and behaved at both Casa Garcia and seeing a movie. Kept my calories around 1500, yet still up.

I guess the Sodium bug bit me at Casa Garcia.

Ran 7.5 miles at a 9:13 pace this morning. Now its time to cook some chickens in the Cajun microwave and relax.

Almost there. I'm probably going to try to lose another 10 and get down to 165. But it was hard enough to imagine losing 43 lbs. 41 lbs lost so far in 2012.
