I haven't weighed in, in a while. Is it possible to gain 20 lbs in a week? I think I may come close to it.

My weight shot up like a rocket after 2 bad weeks. However a big chunk was water. 4 good days in a row with low sodium and I've dropped about 7 pounds in 4 days.

Okay...managed to navigate thru the last 3 good-then bad-then good weeks. Not doing my exercise like I should. Been using the heat as an excuse but I need to get back on it. Still managing to hold fairly steady during the bad times, including vacation.

Really sneaky Roly Poly. They list the nutritional information for their salads on one page and the damn salad dressing on another page. I thought I was having a 550 cal salad but in reality it was probably 900 cals.
Oh well, still will end the day at 1550 or 1650 depending on if I smash that apple on my kitchen counter.
That is my last piece of fruit for 60 days. I'm hitting Atkins hard.

Notice the NEW starting weight. I've been resting on my damn laurels for too long using the old giant number. It is too damn easy to backslide when you can keep telling yourself I am still down 130. Out with the old number and in with the new.
See Cad, I was almost back up to your level.

Oh well, still will end the day at 1550 or 1650 depending on if I smash that apple on my kitchen counter.

I've changed up my workout based upon the advice on the video I posted a while back, as well as some of the related videos to that one (same conference).. I gotta say, I can feel a difference already after just 3 workouts. My strength is increasing pretty rapidly, and my workouts are hard.. I'm lifting a lot heavier than I knew I could. Maybe I was not pushing myself as hard as I always thought I was.

I'm back on the path. I'm in a 2 month weight loss competition. Hoping to get back into the 160s by then.I'm shooting for 60 flawless days. Probably impossible at my office but that is what I am shooting for.
