Have hit the dreaded plateau.

I have a few tricks up my sleeve, though (does not include crystal meth, though).

no weigh-in tomorrow. Family in from upstate New York. Had to help them over-eat fried oysters, shrimp and catfish. Tomorrow they need further assistance at Copeland's. Then back to my house for some grilling for supper.

Mama Cass loved "Monday Monday" for a reason.
"I don't like Mondays" was always a favorite of mine.

I've actually been pretty good about watching my weight over the years. I've run 3-4 times a week for about 25 years and I watch what I eat for the most part. I am a little dude and, like benchwarmer said, I was around 135 pounds back in the day. I am currently at about 147. It is getting harder to maintain these days though, especially with all that good beer out there.

I gotcha, thought you were late night trolling so i was gonna hassle you. Yeah back in the day seems like such a long time ago anymore. I was probably around 170 in HS. Trying to get to about 175 now. I've been in this thread going on 10 mos and it's a big help. When I reach my goal I will have lost 50 lbs
No weigh in today, too many beers last night. Worked out 6 days last week,And I need a rest day. . Back at it tomorrow!!!

No, I was not trolling--just messing with an old friend. I have a lot of respect for you guys. Stay the course.

Back from vacation and the damage isn't as bad as I expected. I drank a lot of beer and ate like a hog, and had thought a gain of 10 - 15 lbs. Only up ~6.

Its time to get back on track and get ready for the Twilight Classic 5K (8-11-12). Goal for the race is 24:00. Last 5K was early this summer and ran ~26:40. From my recent runs my goal should not be to much of an issue.

Made it through the weekend with no cheats. In fact the last 7 days have been close to flawless. I just need to keep that up for another 60 days.

Last summer was really the weight loss time for me, kind of wish it were a few years earlier after I finished HS, but it's fine now.

Last May: 210
Currently: 183

I need to get back to Asia more, really great for losing weight but still eating lots of good food. Did a shite load of exercising in philippines, HK, and Japan the last 2 summers.

Made my "under 260" goal, so I ate my first burger in over a month today...and onion rings...and chicken fingers.

Next "bad meal" will be the first tailgate of the season, at which time I hope to be 240.

Typical Putta Weekend Fail List

Ate terrible: check
Ate too much terrible: check
Drank too much: check
Fearful of weight measuring devices: check
Thankful for stability of the workweek: check

Not gonna lie, I was too scared to face the scale today.

Happy it's not worse after eating at the saltlick called Copeland's. Filet was one of the best ever but man they oversalt everything else.
