Actually.. I exercised extra today and ate light.. I have a full 1200 extra calories left to consume after dinner, according to MFP.

1200 is easily blown up though

H, that wasn't directed at you. It was more of a general statement- I've said that many Times before. On a beach trip in college, our slogan was 'when a couple turns into a few' because we would stop somewhere for 'a couple of beers' and leave a couple hours later stone drunk.

Well I think I went over my calorie threshold but didn't go crazy. I had two salads at dinner, mashed califlower, and a horrible sirloin. I also had some lemonade. I'm not sure whether to consider this a cheat or not... Also I'm probably about to have a beer...

I once again had way too many calories but just ate too much of my normal diet food so I don't count it as cheats. But, the night is still early. Any additional calories and it is a cheat day.

Lemonade could be high calorie. A minute maid 24 ounce has 360 calories. I had one earlier this week. Only the 3rd sugar bomb drink I have had in 2 years and probably my last. It wasn't worth the calories. I actually like the crystal lite lemonade just as much.

I may make daily bad food choices but I think I have permanently put away the days of polishing off 2 liters of coke.

I didn't have any mich ultras, but i did have 3 captain and diets.. which actually have less carbs and less calories than a single mich ultra. Unfortunately I did eat.. hot wings.. BUT!.. unbreaded and I'm still about 500 calories away from my calorie limit so.. I think I did ok

Hit my goal yesterday!!! Hade a good 5.5 mile run this morning with each mile faster than the previous. Now I have two new short term goals. First goal is to break 15 minutes on the next 2 mile race and the next is to go 255/204.7/200

I ate too much yesterday but I still dropped a little this morning.

Hoping for a temptation free week at work. I will be cheating on the 4th so I need a great Monday and Tuesday.

Well, I sort of made it through the no cheat weekend. I had a few too many calories but it was all from my normal menu.

Eating oatmeal instead of ice cream is a win.

Just got back from a 10 mile ride. At 7:30pm the heat index is still at 100.

That was my first ride in over a month and it was ROUGH!

Well the no cheat weekend went pretty good until my daughters bday party. Me and my youngest son made her a vanilla cake with raspberry butter cream icing, from scratch. I just couldn't let her down so I did have a small piece. Oh well not all is lost, I felt great last fri when I hit 181 so it will return

I actually like doing the fasts. You might try a Tues 5 pm to Wed 5pm, especially since your probably off work Wed would make it easier. I like 2 pm to 2 pm myself. You would probably drop 2-3 lbs
