That can't be healthy.

Back in September when I went back on Atkins, I lost about 13 pounds in 14 days. Then I fell off Atkins because Atkins plus my blood pressure meds were causing stomach problems.
I am starting back on Atkins tomorrow, stomach problems be damned. I want to hit my year end goal.

Rag is just being a dick. He needs to go frick a goat and stop fricking with people in this thread who are trying to better themselves. That is all.

323/229.6
Day 1 of atkins. I think it takes about 2 to 3 days to kick in. Really not much different than what I was doing before except I am cutting my carbs even lower down to under 20 grams per day until I hit 220.

Same here. It's like Thanksgiving never happened! Just kidding, but I'm glad it came off fairly quickly.

jello mousse sensations. 60 calories and they REALLY taste like chocolate mousse. i like the mint ones.

Cottage cheese(an acquired taste), sliced deli meats and canned tuna are super high in protein, low fat, but also high in sodium. Apples (great fiber content) and bananas (potassium and easy to peel).
eta: the most important thing: give up the sugary drinks and processed white starches, like rice.
