The damage from the weekend is off. Bad part is I got a bachelor party this weekend.
It wont be long before I hit my goal if things arent to bad this weekend.

Trending down,my workout ystdy felt great. I need to keep up the hard work through the weekend. Well I'm right at the 6 mo anniversary of my journey and my low a few weeks back was 187, so that would be 38lbs lost. Starting this back in Oct it was tough navigating through Thnxgiv, Xmas, New Yrs, birthday, mardi Gras. And while my weight loss numbers aren't great, I'm glad I started when I did and am glad I'm less than 10 lbs away from my goal. Keep up the hard work guys and look back at where you were and be thankful you have made a positive decision about your health. Excuses are a dime a dozen, and lately I have had a few. Staying motivated can be tough at times, especially after you have had some success, its tempting to slack off. But I will not go back to where I was, this feels too good

Easter candy is OFFICIALLY gone from the house. And hopefully by tomorrow, so will the Easter weight gain. Gotta be extra good this weekend. I'd like to be in the lower 180's (184) next week.
