It was last night and turned out to be Canes instead of pizza. Had 3 strips, salad and piece of texas toast.

Somehow it didn't hurt me today, but I might bounce up tomorrow from all that darn salt.

Myth, sounds like now it's time to start hitting the weights and gain about 10 lbs back in muscle.

Thank. My first act at 165 was to eat too much today and not ride my bike.

Monday may not be the end of the race after all.

to honor and celebrate Myth's accomplishments I had my first 2200 cal, 180 carb, 3000 sodium day in a while. tried to make up for it by working in the yard all day. alas, even a good H-sweat didn't help.

165.6

In order to take the crown, I must hit 165.4.

Per rules of the competition, I am allowed to round down because my step dad's scale doesn't have tenths so he assumes his scale rounds up and down.

I imagine a bike ride this evening will guarantee victory as long as I don't go overboard with my normal meals like I did yesterday.

I really need to learn how to tell my friends "NO". I'm going hermit mode until I break 300. Disappointed in myself for this weekend

I'm right there with you, Pal. Yesterday my daughter brought me a luscious chocolate eclair (one of my many weaknesses) for my birthday. Today I refuse to visit the scale. Nope. Not gonna happen.

Well the silver lining is that I don't really ever cheat with food. Food is not the problem, it's god damned alcohol

I like going out and drinking with friends too much for a diet. Even once a week seems to stall me.. but I did it twice, back to back nights.

too much carb/sodium this weekend. I never blame alcohol for anything. scotch/h2o is my friend.

I don't even eat when I'm drunk, I maintain enough consciousness to not eat Jack + coke zero is what I normally do. Everyone's body reacts differently.. I think mine stalls

266.6/211.2/190 New low, barely beating out the morning after my alcohol and donut binge.

I'm thinking about starting a new alcohol/donut diet. I lost 2 pounds in one day on it. If you try it for an extended period, be sure and double up on the multivitamins.

I'm thinking I like the idea of that diet. I bet I would feel a lot happier!

Victory! Per rule 27B stroke 6 any weight under 165.4 will be rounded down to 165.

The race is over. My step dad has given his concession speech.

On to maintenance.
