25 mile road race..30 miles UP Roan Mountain and 30 miles back..and a hard 50 yesterday with the local club. 135 miles in the freaking 98 degree weather.

257/192/175 :\

Of course I ate and drank PLENTY because it was so dang hot so not too surprised I'm back to par.

ps got a race wed night then an omnimum this weekend in huntsville (omnimum means a road race, time trial and criterium) that i'm looking forward to. anyone in huntsville wanna meet up for dinner?

174.8

Big bounce up from 173.4.

Ate a little too much yesterday although 1750 calories shouldn't cause a 1.4 pound increase.

I have a job interview tomorrow and i've had to avoid some stress eating the last few days.

Just got back from a check up with the doc. Was down 21lbs and my blood presure and cholesterol went from the high range to a normal range. I would still like to cut 15-20 more pounds.

I've been around the OT my whole TD life.

It just seems that not even half know what they're talking about on any given subject. (and that's only after you get through 17 smartass replies)
