Where are the rest of the regulars? Did they eat themselves into comas on the 4th?

Is anyone else doing the couch to 5K program? I just started week 5 today. It has pushed me pretty good to this point, but I've been able to finish each day. I would highly recommend it.

I started this a while back and then switched to the Couch to Hulk plan - no exercise.

In the past 3 days I've worn 2 different shirts that people gave me that never fit. They fit great now, even a little loose

One day at a time, Hulk. Keep on trucking -- you'll get there.

I guess CAD is hiding because he feels guilty about eating MY hot dog.

I started out in a 4x, almost 5. loose 3x sounds a lot better than that I'm in a 'tween area. I have some 2xs that fit right, some that are too tight. Some 3xs fit right, some are too loose.

Hulk, you will probably be wardrobe challenged as you lose down to your goal weight. Ask Myth how he managed to stay in clothes that fit enough to wear outside. You will have to wear some baggy pants at times so as not to spend a lot of money on pants that you will only wear for a few months. Probably best to skip at least one size or two as you drop down. For example 48 to 44 or 42. I was lucky that a friend had lost weight just before I started. He passed on a bunch of 38's (we wear the same length) that have since been passed on to goodwill.

Yeah. I have some pants that I'm actually wearing right now that fit me so weird now. I think since my gut is going down my pants sit higher on my waist. Even though these pants were the perfect length before, they're highwaters.. i dont get it

Pants were the main problem.

If you tuck it in a shirt looks for the most part fine even if way too big. Heck I just slid into a medium yet I still wear the double and triple X shirts that I have.

I'm broke so I only bought new jeans or khakis when they absolutely couldn't even be held up by a tight belt.

I did have to buy a new suit. The old one was simply too huge.

Now the new suit is in dire need of alterations.

I'm still limiting clothing purchases until I drop a few more inches off the waist then I will finally begin to work on a new wardrobe.

Mr. CT is rewarding my efforts by taking me on a southern caribbean cruise. Fly into San Juan and take off from there. Have a 7 hour rainforest hike scheduled in St. Lucia, easy day exploring a cave system in Barbados, Antigua is a 7-1/2 hour canopy and challenge tour -- ziplining, rapelling, crossing rope bridges, etc., scary, but exciting., then kayaking and snorkeling in St. Maarten. St. Croix is going to be an easy tooling around/shopping day. Did I say I hate shopping?

I'm stoked!! I neeed to start climbing stairs and ladders and doing a lot of pushups or something.

We did another prime rib roast on our smoker yesterday. OMG, it actually turned out better than the first one we did!

I love you, Robert Atkins.
