Things are beginning to look less bleak for me. Just got kicked while I was already down. I'm gonna be broke as hell until I get paid again (1.5 weeks away ) but it's all working out.

Sorry Hulk, I just always threw crunches and sit-ups in the same category. When I say "sit-ups" I am referring to crunches. Yes I know there's a big difference, maybe I should change my wording.

Crunches it is. Will post pics when I look like that wolf guy from Twilight.

you may want to ask for advice on the OT. You will get some snide remarks but just have thick skin and ignore those. There's almost always people willing to help.

I grew up on the OT. Post 2008, those people are misinformed, God-hating, smartasses. I try to stick to the MSB now.

welcome mla003. get a scale. post your goal and be patient.

congrats Myth!

170/149/147

original goal of 150 is done. (only took 4 months, about 1 lb/wk) 22 day nonplateau broken. It's probably muscle loss because I still can't use left elbow so I'm not exercising.

I wonder if stress is stalling me out? I can't seem to break 320. I've stuck with low carb eating, with the exception of the beer Saturday night.

My family told me they could see I lost size even though I hadn't lost more actual weight. I didn't mention anything but they all brought it up. Looking at my month 4 pictures, I'd have to agree. I just need to keep going at it and the scale will catch up.

A little above the low point of 224 due to my Saturday night pigfest, but I still lost 1.2 lbs for the week. Hopefully I'll hit a new low in another day or so.

Great job everybody and KEEP AT IT HULK.

323/177.9/173

I have no idea how I lost weight yesterday. I ate too much and I didn't ride my bike. Tried the scale a few times with same result. Since I have to swallow phantom weight gains I guess I'll happily take a phantom weight loss.

You definitely lose your weight in spurts. You're like a streaky 3-point shooter.

For you low-carbers, this is was really, really good. I topped it with ground meat, mushrooms, and jalapenos, and pepperjack cheese. Tons of fiber for your "system" as well. You can find the flatbread at Wal-mart in the bakery area. It's called "Flat-out". There's also low-carb pita pockets that are really good. made mostly of flax seeds.
