ok 194/194/174. i guess i'll update every week.

I'm kinda just doing a low calorie diet and keeping track of it day by day. I'm eating full meals but keeping my daily caloric intake around 1000. I'm concentrating on my diet right now and once I get into a routine then I'll start working out. Probably next week sometime.

Good diet plan?

I'd say that's too low of a caloric intake, you may find your metabolism will slow down. If you're a guy, 1500+ cals. If you're a girl, 1200+ cals.

But welcome aboard!

I hate exercising, I'm incredibly lazy. And then now it's so hot outside..

join a gym....have a reason to go workout....find a partner....personally I just don't see long term success with weight loss without it being accompanied with an exercise program of some sort...again jmo....

Back down to 224 this morning. It took me 4 days of eating right to lose the weight from 1 frakking meal.

Oh well, time to go for a new low.

You're right.

I can't afford a gym membership, though. My roommate works out every day, he's trying to gain weight. He works out at Bally's in BR, but I can't afford their prices. It's like $60 a month.

oh hell no, they're even more expensive than Bally's. And the signup fees are ridiculous since they give you a key.

24Hour Fitness has this on their website...

NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS. Pay first and last months' dues. Membership dues range between $19.99-$84.99 per month, depending on club location and type. Applies to All-Club or One-Club access memberships.

24 hour fitness is not in Baton Rouge.

I checked out Anytime Fitness, they wanted $70-85/month and $200 deposit upfront for the key.

Snap fitness for no commitment is $40/month, that's not too bad. The enrollment fee is only $50, so only $100 upfront.

Bally's is $60 or so/month and they don't do no contract.

In any of these cases, I simply can't afford a gym. The closest I can come to affording a gym is the BREC centers, $30/month no commitments. I'm paying off credit cards and trying to start a savings.

eta

Hopefully the next place I live has a workout center. Most complexes do but ofc mine doesn't.

I know, there's a reason I haven't exercised.

If you lay face down on the floor, eventually you'll feel like pushing up. if you lay on your back you'll get around to sitting up.
