Nice job Hulk. I thought I was going to catch you in total lbs lost, but you've been on a tear lately.

By the way, cardio may not be great for weight loss, but weight loss doesn't help much with cardio either.

I've lost 36 lbs, but 23 minutes on the eliptical trainer this morning damn near killed me. Pretty pathetic that I started the diet on March 9th, and this was my first day to exercise.

Oh well, gotta start somewhere.

I may be going out to lunch or dinner tomorrow so that should also give you a little time to catch up.

Skipped the lunch.

Bad eating night was still just 1800 calories and the big snack night was only 1500 calories.

Neither of which should cause a two pound gain.

I never get on TD on the weekend (only when I'm being paid for it), so reading all of your posts in one morning was pretty funny.

Had a stress test this morning weighed 202 at the doctors office. But I was clothed. Dr said I don't need to go back until next year. My heart looks good and strong. Even cut my BP medicine. I hope I can get my walnut cracking job back.

You still may! I average around 3 pounds a week and that's pretty darn fast.

I'm almost too small for my belt now. I've been on the last notch for a little over a month and it's almost time to start poking holes

Go to a shoe repair shop and have it cut down. That way you don't have that excess leather hanging.

209/189/180.

Busted thru another barrier. Only have 1 left to bust thru, since I don't see going under 170 lbs. I would be too skinny and losing muscle mass. Should get under 180 about mid July at my current rate of 1 lb./week.
