I've been slowly reducing the amount of meat that I eat throughout the week. I haven't had any yet today.

Only thing I've had today is tomatoes, bananas with some PB, guacamole with some crackers and sipping on a protein shake right now

Yeah I'm getting hungry now. Not good.

I've been snacking all day...just nothing too big.

I forgot to mention that I had some bran cereal with a banana for breakfast as well

I've seen a lot of people mention trail mix but I have a tough time finding one without sunflower seeds and I have an allergic reaction there

Go to the bulk bins at Whole Foods and make your own trail mix.

holding steady (10th day of plateau), may have to wait until after Easter to bust it. many family traps to work though this week. Pancake Bunny breakfast was a nightmare yesterday. Huge family gathering today.

That's probably what I'll have to do. I got the California trail mix that looked pretty good. I didn't see any sunflower seeds in it because they all sort of settled to the bottom. Then I accidentally ate some at work the other day and had to run to the drug store to get some benadryl.

Passed up a cop doing about 20 MPH over the speed limit I put my emergency lights on bc I was about to die

Oh yeah...I came in here to do an update

270.6/263/190

I think this time it might be a little bit of water weight as I felt a little parched this morning.

Tomorrow will be my official 1 week weigh in so I'll see if that low will stick or not. I'm gonna do some more cardio today

Crazy to think that 1 week in I've almost lost 10% of what I want to lose.

I expect it to slow down a lot after the first couple weeks but it's nice to knock out a substantial portion of the weight so quickly.

Checking in for the first time in a couple weeks.

216/195/190

Was down about another lb but had a cheat day yesterday. When I put in a good week I can still drop 2 a week so if I hit my goal I may go a little lower.

Law School finals are fast approaching so that will probably put a couple lbs on

If you're eating, you ain't studying. If you ain't studying, you must be drinking. if you ain't drinking or studying, good luck.

Back to 338

Obviously exercise is what makes my metabolism move enough to drop pounds (whoda thunk it?! ). I didn't exercise this weekend. Oh well, starting up walking 30 minutes a day again and I still have a good chance of hitting 333 by next monday and losing 30 lbs in 2 months

Same as yeterday's weight. 1 week in and 7.6 lbs

I'm encouraged by the quick start. Just need to stay motivated for the long haul.
