But yeah, the string cheese is suddenly very salty to me and smells like rotten arse

i *LOVE* cheese. i would eat this 24/7 and nothing else if left to my own devices.

hit whole foods and try some of the stuff there..its $$$ but they have shittons of samples and you can find just about any kind of cheese on earth.

i LOVE pepperjack and mild cheddar to snack on, but that string cheese... just tired out of it I guess.

I still don't even have a vehicle to hit whole foods

Body shop is saying Saturday it'll be ready..

How is the hot food bar selection at the BR whole foods?

I went to the one in metairie today for lunch. I think I'm gonna start making that my lunch spot every day.

I can get out of there with lunch and stock up on a couple of snacks and still make it out cheaper than if I go to a sit down restaurants.

Can't tell if that's sarcasm or not He'll be well taken care of. My friend's dad is a vet, he'll do shots for free and I'm sure he'll help me with anything else. Once I get my vehicle back I need to take him to a vet to renew heartworm meds, he took his last one this month (according to the people that dropped him off)

In other news, plateau is officially busted! Dropped 2 pounds.

He's a little too big to be a lap dog at 45 pounds, and he was trained to not jump on furniture. Though I did let him up and he lays down and put his head on my lap. he doesn't get on the bed to sleep either. The people that had him trained him very well. Sit, lay, doesn't jump on people or furniture, walks well on a leash, potty trained, etc. I'm amazed I got him for free. He's neutered and up to date on shots, needs to be chipped and have his heartworm meds renewed. The guy said he got 20+ calls from craigslist, I was the first, and I was the only one he was interested in meeting to give Meaty to. Like it's destiny man

Once I get my truck back (tomorrow) I'm going to pet smart and buying him some toys and a good bag of dog food.. He eats purina one right now but I wanna get him on science diet or something like that.

@Tigah hell yeah! If I could do 30 lbs in 2 months that'd be awesome. 333.. I have a week and a half or so to lose 4 more pounds...Challenge accepted

Well for the first time since freaking MARCH 20th, I am back to my low point.

323/195.4/185

I will be in FULL HERMIT mode until further notice. No lunches or dinners with anyone. No cheats no nothing. Almost 4 weeks above my low has me cranky.

So don't throw your baseball or football near the entrance to my hermit cave or I will keep it.

6 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (I use light mayo on mine, don't care for salad dressing, use more mayo if needed)
1 tablespoon mustard (I use regular yellow mustard)
1 tablespoon relish
pepper (optional)
lettuce (optional)

I took out the bread. I could eat this all week if I had to. I bought a bacon egg salad from this deli and it was the shite.
Also chicken salad w/o bread fills me up with no carbs.

Last night I had half a can of lima beans and some squash cooked down with onions and bell peppers in light olive oil for dinner.

270.6/266.6/190

Weight fluctuated up a little bit yesterday (288.0) and looks to be about back down to my low for the week.

Slow and steady
