God damnit 342 again.. How is it when I have a weekend of cheating I drop to 339 but when I start back into induction I go up again

Annoying! Oh well I've started back up on the exercise, walked briskly for about 30 minutes.. jogged the home stretch of the last lap

In other news, my friend Megan wants to lose weight and after seeing me lose and having me explain all that I know about high fat, low carb diets and blah blah blah.. I now will have a dieting partner and exercise partner. Should I fail to stay motivated I'll have someone pushing me now. She wants to be in a size 7 again in 6 months. Don't know her size right now but it's very feasible.

I was swimming every day but it got cold so I stopped and then I got lazy.. But I'm starting up exercise again.

I just can't seem to get back down to my low weight. I would fast today but too late I already mowed down breakfast without even thinking about it.

Today is my off day, so no ride. Since it is my off day, I am sure the wind will be about 1mph out there as opposed to the 15 to 20 that has been howling on the levee the last week.

Week 5 Update:

304/287/274. Still averaging 3 lbs a week, but i am over the half way mark to goal. Last week was first full week of excercising, jogged for 20 minutes 4 days. I have all ready ran 2 times this week.

I always had dogs growing up. We never took them to the vet, and they were perfectly happy and healthy, living long lives.

The problem is that most states or municipalities have laws now that require at least annual rabies shots.

Does your apartment allow dogs?
