238.0 this morning

Baked some chicken breasts last night so I'll be eating on those and some veggies for a few days.

That's my go-to diet food, but I've been too focused on cleaning out the freezer for hunting season lately.

That's my standard lunch fare... when I'm just eating at the office at least.

The last few days for Ragweed have been classified by the local news as "extreme" and they're right for once. Of course, that's Houston so I'm not sure where everyone else is.

I'm in No. La. and I don't see much ragweed. Our main pollens are oak and pine. The tough months are March and April. Then the heat hits you in May thru Sept.
In fact, the weather guys on TV only report about pollen here in the Spring.

I like the 97% fat free ham. A lot more flavor than the turkey and only 30 cal a slice. Add a slice of some low fat cheese, ff mayo, spicy mustard, and a handful of whatever salad greens I have in the fridge that week.

wrapped in this:

If you're referring to the bread, I had the same thought when I initially was told about it. It really is much better than I expected. Only 60 cals a wrap too

I hope you're not very tall if you're trying to lose weight at less than 150!

Loss of 1 lb since yesterday. 24lbs to go til Thanksgiving! Still doing the 1500 cals a day and walk/jog 3 miles/day starting yesterday. I was doing 1 or possibly 2 miles/day before that.

I had a nice piece of pan sauteed redfish with sliced squash, little purple onion and sliced tomatos sauteed with it. About a gallon of water. I'm eating a fuji apple now.

I'm out for a little walk now. I am really pissed at this damn 4 day plateau. If it hits 5 days I'm going to have a nervous breakdown. I've been sticking to 1,200 calories and finally getting in some exercise although not much because I am so so so so so so so so so out of shape.

I did an hour walk around the neighborhood at five this morning and a good half hour on the treadmill just after dinner this evening. It really feels good to get an hour a day.

No love for the new thread name?
