Was 265.2 yesterday #waterweight. This is why people are recommending averages.
My weekly average is still up by .4 but if I keep dropping quickly then it should come out to a net loss.

thanks hulk. and yea I am working on the whole arse hole thing. The whole lent break from TD and facebook was very good for me and I have not argued one time with anybody online or in person since lent started which if you have seen my post is huge for me.
and I promise I don't mean to come across as an a-hole. I just have always believed in saying what you mean in a clear and concise way and if it offends people so be it.
Now sometimes I just do it to troll, like the whole if drink everyday are you an alcoholic thread. I dont think everyone that does drink everyday that you are an alcoholic, but some reason when you tell people that do drink everyday that they are on there way to be an alcoholic, they get pissed. So they are fun to frick with.

Doing my cardio at least 5x week
Under 200 Carbs daily for 4 weeks(except Cheat day when usually right at 200)

-Tricep pushdowns with rope on cable or bar on cable

can you do dips? if so just hit 5-8 sets of those for tris. You are newer to lifting so no reason to get complicated with it. If you want more volume after that hit some diamond pushups. Once you can do 15-20 bw dips, add weight.

I can't do normal dips so I do bench dips for tris. Works pretty well for me, get a great burn and pump on the tris.

This was my workout yesterday
12 min elliptical
25 min stationary
3 x 10 curls with heavy tension resistance tube
3 x 10 TRX Chest Press
2 x 20 rope pulls on a Synergy station
2 x 45 sec full plank
Today I will plan on
12 min Elliptical
25 min stationary
Tri work (whatever I can figure to do)
2 x 45 planks
The Monday workout may become every Monday/Thursday
Today may become my Tuesday/Friday
Wednesday just do cardio
I do know the TRX Chest Press burned yesterday and at the end of the last set it was a struggle, but powered through it and then doing 2 45 second planks made me feel like I am going in right direction.

Google the exercises i mentioned, start with light weight and see what you are capable of.
