I haven't played any competitive tennis in a long time, but I remember one of the things I'd work on when I couldn't hit was my toss. You can do that anywhere.

I've taken a step back from tennis to focus on my lifts.

Can't do both. My partner for tennis and my partner for lifting both do each right after work so I have to choose one or the other.

Would be nice if I could find someone to play tennis after 8pm at city park.

I think $12 an hour for hard courts. $15 an hour for clay.

Halo What?

This shite is better. In NOLA, Winn Dixie is only place that carries it.

Nice Job Scott

Now I have officially hit the plateau I believe. But the train still has got to roll!!!

First night since March 1 I did not have a salad I had grilled pork sandwiches, but stayed under the Cals but the sodium spiked.

I am thinking to morrow I will have some egg salad it is Masters week by damned.

I'm fearing the dreaded plateau... in fact I picked 200 as a goal bc last time I did this that's where it hit. Keep it up man... losing pounds or not I'm willing to bet you feel like superman in comparison to what you used to feel like!
