Have y'all ever done exercises specifically to improve agility? I'm not the most agile person, and want to improve reaction time/overall agility. I've googled & found exercises & drills to try, but I wanted to ask if any of you found particular routines helpful.

I just ride the stationary, may try a recumbent today.
I know my quads will want to kill me after today, but it is not that bad if I do not let it distract me.

I am going to get on a MTRF routine
I had gone 7 days straight until yesterday. My legs feel good today for first time in a few days.
I have started doing some plyometric curls and some 360 stuff along with crunches and planks.
I do the curls and plyometric every other day until I can get used to it.

Yea...I had to take a step back. I had been waking up 5:00-5:30 to work out before work, and riding my bike in the evening after my already exhausting job as an Autism therapist. Tuesday I felt like I was dead..like I had nothing left in me at all. Had to take Wednesday off and take a step back. Back to feeling great today!

yep guys... i hit that wall every now and then. My body tells me when i need a break. I will take off 2-3 days then kick back in and i have my energy back. But the body can only take so much before it needs to recover.
