Carbed up for supper last night. Ran 16 miles today. frick it's cold!

Marathon in a few weeks. 50K (31 miles) in April. Maybe a 50 miler in September.

Switched out beer for bourbon... should help since I can only drink one or two of these vs 5-10 beers.

Yeah looking at my diet I'm consistently in the 1800-2100 calorie range with my eating, my drinking usually puts me at 3000-3500 calories on the weekend. That plus being less active on a weekend than a weekday was killing me.
Started running again, so the two miles a day should help with how I eat currently.

Sounds about how my weekends would go last year as well.
This year I'll probably skip out on drinking as much as possible until summer time, but if I do drink I'll just eat 500-600 calories less that day.
