I don't know what you've been waiting on. I'd go every day. I didn't know I really like BBQ that much until I ate there.

Worked out legs this am and going run a little this afternoon. Probably pull a tire.

Everytime we go to New Orleans we always eat at one of the "nicer" places instead of BBQ. That plus some of these places run out at noon

All of this. Is blue oak one of those places that runs out like chef rob or whoever? I'd be pissed to plan a trip just to get there and they be out

So weighed in at 192.7 so for the week that's a 5.4 lbs of fat (3% bf) and over an inch on my waist gone in seven days. Not a bad week at all.

Nah Blue Oak knows what they're doing. Only times I've gone where they've run out of something I was showing up 40-30 minutes before they close at 9

Did you get 4 hours nearly everyday? Wonder where I'd be if I were to get 4 hours.

If I get mild wings there will I be venturing into carb land? I'm not a fan of really hot

And the sprouts. I've never had sprouts but I assume I'd try them. Point being if I go I want it to be kind of a cheat treat while still staying as close to keto as possible

The sprouts have some carbs. I'm going there for a cheat meal Friday or Saturday...nothing too damaging though.

And idk about the wings...I get brisket every time. I'm too lazy for wings.

avoid the jerk, bbq, or korean wing sauces. Rooster is a medium buffalo, buffalo inferno would be their hot inferno. All the sauces have some honey in them but I don't think enough to be considered a cheat. Also, the sprouts have honey as well

Sprouts definitely have honey in them, but still the best low carb side dish they offer right?

I had a bite of the macaroni the last time I went. That was spectacular.
