I had steak tonight. We marinate in a mix of Lea & Perrins and this McCormick Barbecue Seasoning:

I mix some to use as sauce/dip while I eat. Pretty sure it's trashy AF to not be a steak purist, but it's super tasty. There's 1g of carbs in a tsp of L&P, and it's so worth it.

Everybody tells me I'm wrong for dipping my steak in sauce too

It's not a knock against the steak. I just like having something to dip it in

Exactly! It's not an insult to the steak. I'm just making something great even better.

You're good.

The easiest keto recipe is steak, with a side of steak...with melted butter for dipping sauce.

Booked a trip to Iceland in honor of Net. I'll be doing deadlifts at Jakabol in March. Horse meat and fermented shark and a dose of northern lights. Actually not joking, heading to iceland with some friends.

Depends on the steak. I'm a purist for any cut of steak really, but if someone wants to drop their sirloin in ketchup it won't bother me. Prime ribeye or filet? Cardinal sin.

Ketchup is something I've never been able to eat with steak no matter the cut of meat. Heinz 57 is my thing

Melted butter is about to be though

And no Halo Top (that will start today, because last night I had some) for the rest of January, either.

Did I say the end of the month? I meant the end of the week. I really really want some and there are four pints in the freezer!!!! Will continue to try very hard to resist.

Just reverse seared two sirloins and a ribeye, both cheap cuts. Still beautiful. Lots of salt and butter, I may die before we thaw out.

After 12 days of shoveling chicken and green beans into my body I can't wait to have a huge ribeye next weekend.

Oh my god it's all I've been craving. I have two 1.5" thick rib eyes, two huge ribeye roast and 3-15lb full strip roast that I'm saying for my bulk. Gonna be eat steak, wings, lamb shoveling butter down my throats after this god damn diet is over. And yes I am angry, this diet sucks but damn does it work.

Whatever, I won't complain today
