So, this morning, I had a bagel for breakfast. Turne out to be a REALLY bad idea. Sent me on a sugar binge. I guess maybe I am addicted to sugar. Now, it's time to kick the sugar habit.
I've known for a bit that I'm a sugar-monster, but was talking to y'all this weekend and someone mentioned the sugar addiciton. Was paying a little more attention today and couldn't believe how much I was craving sugar after eating a bagel.
Going to have to go really high protein, very low carb/sugar.
Wish me luck guys.
My first goal this year is to lose 30 pounds by June.

Keto diaries day 3
Didn't feel as weak/hungry throughout the day as yesterday even though I ate pretty much the same thing. Encouraging. I don't feel much different physique wise but like I said only day 3. Trying to hold off on weighing until day 7/8 because I don't want to get discouraged
Gonna muster up the strength to go get at least 30 minutes incline done here in a few

How many calories you putting down?
Posted on 1/3/17 at 6:17 pm to Lazy But Talented
I'm not fully tracking. That's a lot of the reason I went keto because I over obsessed for so long on tracking and weighing everything out
All in all probably 1600-1800 cals. Only thing I'm closely monitoring is carbs obviously and sugar
ETA: does anybody have anything against ranch for keto?
2 tbsp regular hidden valley has 2g carb and 1g sugar. Obviously not something to use in excess but I just am not really a fan of Caesar

LCHF will take care of your goal easily. Good luck noho, breaking a sugar addiction can be very difficult.

I love fruit. Especially with kids we always have grapes, apples, & bananas

Noho, I highly suggest you read the whole30 book and run the diet but with no fruit for the 30 days. Fruit will prolong the addiction.
The book is right when it says that if you ingest any of the items banned then you need to start over. It's only 30 days, you can do it. Not gonna be easy but if you post daily in here for support.

Yea I'm about to take a preworkout and hit dead lifts then the cardio. If you can't do it tonight, take the night off, goto bed early and pick up in the morning. But your seven day clock starts over, at least in the eyes of the food board. So prolly just better to suck it up and do the cardio and bitch about it, just saying

You've probably posted more wings on this site than anyone else. How much do you spend on wings a week? My highest was roughly $25, I had an addiction to wings.

That was my first time posting wings
You must be talking about net or bus
