Thanks, been buying used commercial equipment now for a while and then stock up on Black Friday and rogue gift cards for Christmas. Pretty much holding off on anything big right now until I build my new house and have more room. I'll have about 2200 sq ft of gym space to fill up.

And yea deads suck on this low of calories and no carbs. Tried walking in the neighborhood tonight but damn it's dark out there, had to come back and just ride the bike after walking off the rode and almost into the ditch

In your expert opinion, would you say those 15 wings are ~1200 cals??

If so I may need to cut down some. But I'm still hungry, not like I'm stuffed

0 cal Buffalo sauce, 1 tbsp butter, fried in vegetable oil

I'm not the expert on wings and I don't eat fried foods while dieting, net would have been the one to answer this. I know those sons of bitchs look good.

Maybe hulk or junky knows, or just do bww naked wings then add cals for butter.

Ate all my calories in 6 hour window then had some coffee. Feeling pretty full somehow.

Speed walking around the neighborhood now. Gonna lift tomorrow night I think.

I just started dieting and this is the hardest thing I've done in a long time. Gotta do it though. I'm the heaviest I've ever been. Today's meals were comprised of a banana. Spinach salad. Approximately 4 chicken tenders I sautéed with some onions/peppers and snap peas. I drank a gallon of water. I feel great. Not full. Not hungry.

Sounds about right. I usually log 80 calories per wing section.

MyFitnessPal guesses

I usually roast mine and try to avoid vegetable oil, or use bacon grease. The saturated fats oxidize at higher heat.

I may try to smoke them here soon. 80 cals a wing is just too much because if that's the case, I'm eating ~2100-2200 cals a day and still going to bed hungry

I guess it makes sense since a gram of fat is 9 calories versus 4 for carbs and protein

Man I'm hella exhausted. Slept through alarm to get first hour of walking in. Drowning in coffee currently.

Walk for an hour at lunch, tennis after work, then going lift. That should be enough exercise for the day.

Scale is moving.

well you arent the only one. I slept right through the alarm and didnt wake up until after 6 and it was too late by that time.

Will go to planet for treadmill at lunch, lift tonight then airdyne.

As far as scale goes, I gained weight today but not worried about it. It was only a pound and pretty sure its because I woke up at 4 thirsty as hell and downed two big arse glasses of water. Worried about scale at the end of a week or two weeks since I am doing this for atleast 6 weeks. Prolly cut back total exercise time after this week.

Question for yall about IF. If you are getting your 8 hours of feasting done between noon and 8:00pm, would you do cardio before you eat your noon meal? I figure that is when the body is "fasting" and would potentially burn the most fat.

Trying to get into Keto and IF with some cardio to lose weight. I posted in the old thread a few times but got lazy. The 2 and 4 year old girls I have make it tough (an excuse) on getting back in shape.

yea honestly I don't care what diet you are doing, deep fried foods are not a good idea do to oxidation rates of fats and the inflamation this causes in the body in the form of chlosterol. So calorie/carb count aside, its still not good from a health standpoint, especially not vegetable oil.

I actually prefer the grill/oven and then finished in a wok/cast iron in the sauce for homemade wings.

you're out of your mind.

Depending on results, I'll probably go to 1800-2000 calories of keto for a couple weeks then come back to this. Not sure how long I can keep this train rolling.

Although I'm not sure if this exhaustion is from the diet/walking or just poor quality sleep.

I have a rack for my oven that I cook my wings on. 415 for 45 minutes gets them a nice crisp. Baked they're only about 55cal/section, so you can eat 10 without breaking the calorie bank.
