pumpkinator hit shelves in Dallas on Wednesday

Specs and Total Wine & More both told me that they have received tons of calls. As a point of reference, Divine Reserve 12 sold out at specs in about 4 hours

Got my 5 bottles from Calandro's at Siegan and Perkins around 515. There were about 4 1/2 cases left when i got there.

For the record, I called everywhere in NOLA yesterday. Nobody had it yet. I do know that Stein's was selling it at midnight on Monday, but then again they are not open during the day on Monday. AvePub tapped a cask of it Monday as well, but I'm sure it's gone by now. I had a damn meeting yesterday evening

I just texted Tim at Matherne's on Bluebonnet and asked him if his delivery guy gave his allocation to Calandro's. That got him on the trail!

Seems like it's selling a lot faster this year.... I remember last year I randomly found some at the Albertons in Denham towards the end of October for 2.99 a bottle.... I think they had 3 left and I bought them all.

SE is really taking their sweet time getting this out to stores in and around NOLA. Seems like the AB distributor in BR is doing a pretty good job.
