Pretty cool garage sale find today - 100+ year old hog splitter

I wish I had taken a photo of it before I cleaned it. It was a giant rust bucket. I found the maker’s mark after cleaning it.





A catalog from the 1800’s I found on line. Looks like it was $4 new

A few years ago, I would have, but we are in the (slow) process of downsizing. I don’t keep anything any more.
