I swear they always did that on my mom's side of the family....the old timers at least....supposed to thicken and add spice.

I'd expect there to be a ton of volunteer judges...as much shite as people talk on here, everyone wants to see if they can back it up.

It's very likely going to have to be propane (its in a parking lot)

Also it likely will have to be smaller pots.
