I'm not even sure what a lemon semifreddo is, but the shortbread cookies and the lemon flavor lead me to believe it is pretty damn good stuff.
(Okay, Googled it, and now I KNOW it's good stuff.)
Carson, the crawfish ... be still my heart. Still haven't had them since I gave them up for Lent. I am making some crawfish dip with some crawfish tail meat right now. But it's for tomorrow. Sigh.

And next time I have some leftover boiled crawfish, I plan on making the crawfish and quinoa salad that I made the last time I had boiled crawfish. I almost want boiled JUST to make that salad.
