Popeyes survey

This is a total waste of time. A new franchise opened up near where I live.
4 visits...
(1).Sorry, we don't have any spicy.
(2),Sorry, we don't have any buns for the flounder.
(3). Actually had what I ordered.
(4). "We don't have any red beans and rice". "french fries or cole slaw".
Survey question...
Which of the following best describes why you were less than satisfied with the cleanliness of the restaurant?
This place was brand new, very clean.
My complaint had to do with management not having product.
Which of the following best describes why you were less than satisfied with the friendliness of the team?
They were as nice as they could be. That was not one of the options.
THE PROBLEM EVIDENTLY HAS TO DO WITH MANAGEMENT THAT IS INEPT TO THE POINT WHERE THEY CAN'T MANAGE.
I have never had near these problems at any other fast food restaurant.
I quit the stupid survey.

I can remember my dad buying dinner from Popeyes on Williams Blvd in 1976. He’d order a 3-pc. white spicy with onion rings and a Pepsi. When getting home and opening the bag, it was a 2-pc dark with fries and a root beer.
Granted I’m exaggerating a little bit, but PFC is the only fast food restaurant that has been Fk’ing up orders for nearly 50 years and they still can’t get it right.

How to Popeyes… this may only work if you’re an old, cute, adorable guy, although I can’t see it not working for a young, cute, adorable guy. Go in, never order through the window (may not be an option since COVID). Place your order while flirting with the lil gal taking it. She’s gonna tell you it’s gonna be a wait. That’s quite all right but since I have to wait, I hope I can have all fresh, hot chicken. Oh yes sir, can I get you something to drink while you wait. No but thanks so much for asking. Chicken comes up, the girl that took your order runs back and boxes it up, personally., hands it to you with a big grin. You slip her a couple of dollar, everybody’s happy! :)

Nope, pretty much all the time. Maybe I’ve just been lucky. Although, I haven’t been in a Popeyes in the last three years or so. My wife did pick it up once in that time. The order was correct, though.

Here is the issue. I’m not saying it is an excuse but a new location will get hammered with customers causing them to struggle with keeping stock.
Give it a month or two and it should run like a normal Popeyes. (Which will still struggle

The point of the survey is to get the free 2 piece and biscuit with the purchase of a drink. Also there's probably a section of the survey where you can write in your entire complaint. Having said that, they aren't going to just fix the service because you complained.

I've had similar experiences a couple times, but I've also gotten "Whatchuwan?" even more.
