I have yet to run across a Popeyes that sells this alleged sandwich. Until I do y’all are a bunch of damned liars. Not only do they not sell it around here, they took the chicken strip poboy off the menu, making there zero sandwich options a Popeyes.

It is not on the menu at our local Popeyes but if you ask for it, they make it fresh.

Just had first one at 415 Port Allen location. Lives up to hype. Poured sweet heat sauce on couple bites and even better. Wouldn’t want sweet heat on whole sandwich but added to taste.

Great sandwich, needed a few more pickles. Next time will bring it home, and try with a sliced tomato and bit of lettuce.

It’s very good. Asked for extra sauce on the last one and it was even better. It might be bettter than the CFA sandwich and it’s a much better value at 3.99 but will still do my regular CFA stops to support their great franchise.

Picked up a spicy one based solely on this thread on Hwy 73 in Prairieville. Damn, it was good. Hot, really crunchy (in a way their chicken never is), and juicy. One end of the fillet was so thick I was a little stunned when I unwrapped it! Not overly spicy, might try extra sauce next time. Still a 10/10!

Bonus: they had my order ready in about 2 minutes and the guy at the window was pretty polite. Thanks, F&D Board.

Wife made me join in diet along with her 2 weeks ago. Crushed my first spicy chicken today. Glorious.

I finally had the spicy one today but the amount of MSG rendered it almost inedible. Everything else about the sandwich was excellent but the saltiness brought it from a 9/10 to a 6/10
