Is the best breakfast deal in town.

$8 for all you can eat, fresh made omelets and pancakes. The best part is free drinks.

I can't stand to go to a breakfast joint and end up paying $18 Bc I want coffee and oj.

We go occasionally. Mrs. Rat loves the bacon and the cheese grits. I used to love the hash browns, until they decided to add bell pepper. Orange juice, apple juice, milk. The omelette cookers really don't make them right, they're more like scrambled eggs. Definitely a good value, tho.

I'm a big fan of Picc for lunch and dinner.

But noooooooo to the breakfast, everytime I've had it, I had the runs all day

You should try Golden Corral. The atmosphere is much more... uhh...jovial and...uhh...colorful. Yep, that sounds right.

Go to Franks, order:

Cajun omelet 10.99
Upcharge for hashbrowns .99
Coffee $1.50
OJ $2.00 (I think its more but just rounding here)

With tax it comes out to almost $17.

Have you tried Starbucks for breakfast? Quad espresso with steamed non-fat, oatmeal with dried fruit (sprinkled with cinnammon and vanilla powder), USA today plus WSJ and NYT from the bin. Comfy leather chair. Random music from different periods (I really don't like the 40s Jazz that was on today).
Pretty barrista girl saying "Hey, Zach, what's in the news today?"

Cost... 8.21

Waffle, drinks...
Best deal in town.
The one on florida just opened, and it's running well right now.
