It's so ignorant that a brewery that serves food can open but a brewery that doesn't serve food can't.

Lots of places in Houston are ignoring the 25% rules, I don’t blame them. This shite is impossible to enforce.

Can a place even afford to open the doors with only 25% capacity?

I agree with you NIH, that is gonna be impossible to enforce. If a table is open, they're gonna seat people at it.

Cantrell follows the state lead, things will be interesting. Several of the music clubs on Frenchman St have restaurant permits, although they never sell food. Wonder if any of them will try to use that to open, although at the reduced capacity?!?

NOPD is not going to enforce that shite. She better have a better enforcement plan.

Restaurants require a 10ft gap so it will be interesting for bars.

My bar went from 18 stools to 6. Single diners will be immediately sat there

There is irony in this 25% rule.

If 8 patrons enter to dine you have to seat them 6ft apart. If a party of 8 asks for a table, they can sit elbow to elbow.
A couple in line could pair with another couple at the same table and not be in violation.

A lot of rumors right now that Latoya is going to not follow suit and keep Orleans Parish out of the new openings...

To follow suit would contradict everything she’s said and done up to this point

Like mentioned, the enforcement on this would be a shite show

Yep, she functionally doesn't comprehend that with enough small cuts the city will still bleed out and die, it doesn't always take one massive wound to kill a city - SMH
