Okay y'all, looking for some recommendations on best place to eat/drink with a great patio.
Also, what are good spots in Nola to sit outside and people watch with some cocktail service, or a waiter?

I really like Muriel's in Jackson Square. The balcony overlooks the Square so there's great people watching.
No table service so you have to go downstairs to get your drinks.
