What's the word? I follow these guy on IG, and their posts look legit. I don't know anyone who's been, but I want to give it a shot.

I'll be at the LSU game tonight, but I want to attend in the future? Do you need to be invited? Costs? Etc.

Tonight looks ridiculous.

I saw this a while back but some of the earlier dates didn't work for me. I had forgotten about it until you just posted, but I don't think I can make it tonight.

Will definitely be shooting for the May 10th one.

we had a wonderful birthday dinner there just last month w Michael stoltzfus and coquette staff that was an absolute gas.

great food, champagne, wine, spirits that we chose ahead of time and everyone seamed to enjoy the unique event.

band was great and Michael stoltfus(first time I met him) is a prince of a guy...so much so having him down to my camp as he's never been to grand isle.

Speaking of these Paradigm Gardens events, just saw this today. Looks like the Hogs for the Cause people are involved. Think it's Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.

Franco Spanish Hog War

Description
Both France and Spain have a tremendous culinary appreciation for the pig and the vine. As New Orleans jostled between the two countries, it is only fitting that we finally determine which country's cuisine reigns supreme. Join Hogs for the Cause's Rene Louapre and Andrew Shuford representing the French as they square off against Team Messy Swine's Josh Hudson, Brad McGehee and Justin LeBlanc representing Spain. Hams, Sausages, Roasted Pig, Rosé, Wines, and Ciders are the weapons in this culinary battle.

Haven't been yet and I started a thread about two weeks ago on the place. I know people who have been and they loved it. I can't wait to go.

I've been a few times. The events and place in general have all been really enjoyable. I didn't love the Caribbean food, but it was solid.

I did the Coquette dinner with the fried chicken and champagne. He's got the best chicken in town.

I think the venue has a lot of potential, but I'm curious how many will go once the temperatures hit 85+.

pretty much
you walk up to the serving table and they hand it to you
everything is plated/prepared one at a time though
its not a slop trough
