For cost/value, I find Eagle Rare is tough to beat if not looking to spend too much as you search for your next whiskey.

I agree with this. If I'm spending more I'm going with Basil Hayden's or Blanton's.

Eagle rare was awesome. Forty Creek is terrible. Buffalo trace was very good at the price point as well. Been a fun trip to far.
