I agree, Olive or Twist is a really cool bar. It is small though. It gets crowded quickly and the drinks take longer to get, if you're getting a cocktail or in line for a drink, but that's to be expected. This isn't Fred's we're talking about.
They have a good beer list as it is, usually 3 or 4 sours, Envie, and a few other things.
If you're drinking this outside, maybe. The atmosphere of Olive or Twist, IMO, invites these kind of beers. Dim lights and the layout of the place makes it appear to be cool and relaxed. The only thing that takes away from it is the small size and how quickly it becomes crowded.
OP, take a trip there. It's a neat little joint. I like it better than the other cocktail bar in BR, Lock and Key. L&K is just too damned expensive for my tastes.
But what do i know, i go out to bars about once/month if i'm lucky.

OT was pretty solid last night. Floated ghost real quick though. Bourbon county was drinking damn good. The new room and tables made it pretty comfortable considering the amount of people during their normal after work rush and the added beer event.
