I know it’s a little late but we had plans change and are now trying to figure out what to cook tonight. What are y’all cooking?

Burgers on the grill, with pepper jack cheese, special sauce, and caramelized onions. Keeping it simple so I can enjoy some brews and football.

Our neighbors invited us over for a get-together around 7 so whatever they're having.

They throw really fun parties, and the food is usually catered and delicious, so I'm looking forward to a good time.

Neighbor has a small pig and a couple butt roast going in the cajun MW. Our neighborhood (those that choose to) will gang up at his place and eat roast pork with a few fixins, BYOB and then shoot off a crap load of fireworks once everyone is drunk.

Looks dry like Lance Zierlein’s brisket.

Myself, cooked crawfish etouffee and fried some specks and shrimps last night.

Smoking a brisket, roasted potatoes, and coleslaw.
Also, have a slab of bacon smoking that’s been curing since the 23rd. I’ll slice it tomorrow after it cools.

We did it right last night. Tenderloin, lobster, bacon wrapped green beans, green jacket salad, and Mac n cheese. Several dips and sausage/cheese for apps.

Turned into fuel for karaoke and frenet until 2:30 so probably not a good thing in hindsight.
