Costera and Ostreria Lupo have great happy hours. 4-6 half off wine and beer, specialty cocktails and great small plates. Owned by the same group.

Dominica in the Roosevelt.
Half price pizza, wine and other libations between 3 and 5.
My two go to happy hours in the quarter are Kingfish and Sylvain, both on Chartres Street. I like the atmosphere in both.

Probably too late for this time, but for future reference, we really like Chez Delachaise wine bar.
1/2 off mussels (in wine sauce), duck fat frittes, lamb sliders and 1/2 off wine.
Same for their other place: Delachaise on St. Charles

But I could name a dozen; NOLA is a great happy hour town.

It’s Chais Delachaise, and I agree. It’s way better than the original Delachaise at this point. Both the food and the service are the original Del have gone to shite.

The Husky has been one that is circulating recently. $20 for an old fashioned and a really good burger. I think 4-6pm

For anyone's reference, there is a website that lists all of the Happy Hour's in the city. Can't remember the name, the wife knows. It also has several cities nation wide. We use it when we travel. Google will help
