Hotboy is pretty good standard buffalo. Chicken sandwich is really really good. Check out their IG. They'll do a lot of off menu stuff (garlic parmesan fries, flavor combos) if you request them. I tend to prefer the sweet, hot asian sauces.

Yes! I find myself making them at home because there aren't much options for take out. I like the ones I make but I'm limited as far as sauces.

We've had this conversation on this board probably 50x, but if you are looking for straight up buffalo wings that are not breaded, Bayou Hot Wings is not the place to go.
