No Slaw Extra Toast Beer

Tried it over the weekend. I wasn't at all impressed.
1) It doesn't taste at all hoppy... and I'm struggling to figure out why it's called an IPA.
2) It had no lemondade/lemon taste to it. Not even a hint.
And at $14,99 for a four pack of 16 ozs... I feel ripped off.
Honstly, it didn't taste that much different than Canebrake.

You may want to get tested for covid. Don't agree with either of those.

I didn’t get any of that as well in any reasonable proportion on my palate. I drink a lot of beer. This one was not good.

I was wondering about it. I imagined it tasting like a lemon shandy with a light hoppy taste. I'll prob try it soon.

is lemon one of those things that some people are more sensitive to than others?
because I like a lot of lime and/or lemon in my drinks if that is the intended purpose, so I was wanting lots of lemon, which is the only reason I even bought a 4 pack

I can see that. But that's not what it was billed as. And even if I graded it as a shandy... it wasn't a good shandy.

Appreciate your concern, but the Jucifer I had after tasted fine.
Did you try it on draft or in a can? Maybe this is one that is much better on draft?

It was an expensive Shandy-fied IPA(lmost). Don't know what else to tell you, but Welcome to the Parish, BAW.
