New York Strip From Tonight (Pics)

Local grocery store had bone in strips on sale, so I picked up two for the wife and I. They were probably 1 1/4-1/2 inches thick. I didn't do a reverse sear or anything especially crazy. Just a super hot grill and three minutes a side. Total cook time 6-7 minutes with a 10 min rest. A little light on the char, but that's just my preference.

And yes, those are canned green beans. I like them.

I live in Oxford. Undergrad at LSU, but law school here. It's hard to not accumulate some of their stuff.

Unless that fork is 6 inches long I'd have to disagree.
Looks more like 3/4 inches thick
