We are blessed up in the Jackson area with the Flora Butcher. They have American Wagyu and is some of the best cuts I have ever seen at reasonable prices.

At one point in time Tramontes was selling Snake River Farms. Alexander's Market on Highland sells wagyu now.

Snake river farms is excellent. I doubt its the best value, but it’s probably the best quality meat you’ll get outside of the authentic Japanese stuff.

I get it from The Butcher Shoppe (FB link) in Pensacola. Good prices, great quality and fast shipping. A lot of your competition BBQ guys use them for their briskets.
