Definitely going again next year. I went with my wife and brother......the damn duck liver, garlic boudin from Nola was my favorite. All of the beers, whiskey and cigars were excellent too.....

We capped off the evening with a short walk to Emerils for some banana pie.....

I read the first few posts, then clicked on the link to buy tickets and found out I missed it.

I'm not a huge fan of Boudin, but I love the food from most of those chefs.

Garcia is a master with most meats, people need to check out Ancora and RioMar..(hell High Hat is awesome, for a cheap diner, and he runs Gusto at the movies on Canal Place.)

You are forgetting Laboca, his best meat "place".

Never even had it yet. But I have had his cured meats, and steaks and burgers and have liked them all.

Laboca is on my list.
