Right next to the old Kleinpeter Dairy.

Does anyone know when it will be opening? I'd love some of those fries!!

Same thing. Interesting story. They were once 2 different but similar companies and eventually became one.

Checkers opened yesterday. Has anyone been yet? I might go tomorrow.

Something has happened to their meat quality in the past five years. I can’t even eat a Baconzilla anymore. Maybe it’s just me.

Speaking of Covington, I wish we had a Steak ‘n Shake in BR. I’m tired of overpaying at Freddy’s.

Line has been about a 1/2 mile long down Florida everyday since they opened. Just a heads up.

The one in Central is in the Walmart. It seemed a little different when I ate it a few years ago. Could`ve just been my taste buds don`t remember it the same.

Is the Steak 'n Shake in Covington still open? I saw a news release the other day about them shutting down over 50 stores nationally.

I drove by and there were at least 30 people on foot in line plus a line of cars that went into the street and snaked all through a neighboring parking lot with a cop directing traffic. It was like when In-n-out burger opened in Texas.

Wow I hope so. I rarely venture out that way, but when I do I usually make a stop there.
