Will be in Nashville 4 nights next week. What are some good restaurants to go to and what are some to stay away from?

Not necessarily a restaurant, but the food at the L27 bar we had was excellent. Mostly snacks. The Nashville Hot Chicken biscuits and garlic steak fries are highly recommended.

I’ve caught hell on here before (from Chicken, no less) but I would avoid Husk.
I loved butcher and bee, and Peg leg porker for bbq was great. Though there’s no shortage of bbq options. I’m sure they’re all good

Mas Tacos Por Favor, The Pharmacy, and Five Points Pizza are all great and relatively close to each other in East Nashville. DeSano Pizza is really good. The Stillery and Hi-Fi Clydes are good choices.

Lockeland Table is a must for me every time I visit Nashville.

So many good places - what area are you staying in and what price points are you looking for? Have you been to Nashville before?

Husk for brunch is good stuff. They have an excellent burger.

I ate at the bar overlooking the kitchen at City House a few months ago and it was great.

Staying at the corner of Peabody and 5th avenue.
Looking for a good steakhouse for my wife’s birthday for sure and just any other recommendations for breakfast and dinner. Definitely want to try some bbq, probably a pizza joint, maybe Mexican.

Five Points Pizza East is an excellent source for a late night slice. It’s located by several bars and has a walk-up window on the street so you can get your slice and continue on your way.
I, too, would avoid Husk. Overrated, imo.

How’s Bob’s steak and chophouse?

It’s good, but it’s a chain. Not knocking chains, but I always prefer the “local” places when visiting a city.
