For me it has to be Wasibi. That stuff is horrible.

Pho is pretty good yo.

I had it in a tea recently and it really turned me off on it though.

A hundred bucks says that you've never actually had wasabi. That's probably the issue.

I've had it before. Damn near any sushi joint slaps that shite on side of your sushi. I'm not that much of a fan of horseradish either so that's probably why I think wasabi is disgusting.

lies...
If you would absolutely never use Tony's, you must carry around a backpack full of spices. It's definitely not my favorite catch all cajun spice, but it sure is a sight for sore eyes when you have nothing but salt n pepper at a camp, or beach house, or wherever the hell you might be.

What I meant is that you've probably never had actual wasabi if you're talking about "any sushi joint slaps that shite on the side". That's the Western crapola...

LINK

"Wasabi is difficult to cultivate, and that makes it quite expensive. Due to its high cost, a common substitute is a mixture of horseradish, mustard, starch and green food coloring. Outside of Japan, it is rare to find real wasabi plants. Often packages are labeled as wasabi, but the ingredients do not actually include wasabi plant."

This mixture of horseradish, mustard, starch and green food coloring is probably what you don't care for, nor do I.

The real deal is tasty.

To answer the original question, anice and clove come to mind. I'm not the biggest fan of cinnamon either. Mint too.

They ruined the Stone RIS from last year with that stuff. I'll never brew with it.

What's ironic is that my mint plant is one of the healthiest growing plants this season. I decided to try one this year so that I could make a pea purée at some point out of culinary obligation, but I haven't had the heart to obliterate the taste of peas just yet.

So far, I like every single seasoning mentioned on this board. I cannot think of a seasoning I don't like. I guess if you considered Coconut flakes a seasoning that would be it. Coconut makes me gag.
