If you can taste the difference in vodkas mixed with lime juice and simpler syrup, you have a better taster than I.
That said, I find Grey Goose and Ketel One to be very poor values.
I would add Stoli to my list.

There are better, actual handmade (read: not distilled in Indiana and trucked down to Texas in tankers) vodkas. Including some in his own backyard such as Deep Eddy and Dripping Springs. There's a reason Tito doesn't offer tours of his Texas operation anymore...

No American Harvest, no care.
I hadn't heard of it until I was at a restaurant in Little Rock (Loca Luna - I love that place). I had ordered a screwdriver with Grey Goose, and the waiter asked me if I had tried American Harvest and gave me a little back story on it. I told him that was fine just to humor him, but instead he brought me my drink with Grey Goose and brought me a sample shot of American Harvest. I couldn't believe how smooth it was, and it was the only Vodka I've had that was even good as a sipping drink. When I got home I bought a bottle and did taste tests with AH, Absolut, and Grey Goose. I was surprised that I actually liked AH more than the others (I honestly expected that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference). It's all I buy now. Granted, it does have a hint of citrus, but I wouldn't go as far as calling it a flavored Vodka. Perfect for my screwdrivers though - especially with Dole orange juice, which is the only brand that tastes like fresh-squeezed to me.

Chopin is my personal favorite as well. It's incredible stuff. I never mix it with anything though.
The rest of your list is pretty spot on. The main difference is that I'd put Tito's above Goose. When factoring in cost/flavor, Tito's is #2. You can't beat it for its price.

Sure there's better tasting out there, but Ketel One is my favorite bang for the buck.

Otoh, 7-9 were all clearly lesser than the others for me, although not bad vodkas at all.
