I personally won’t eat them until October because I don’t think they taste as good in the summer (too big/meaty) and to minimize risk of vibrio

I love bacchus in PC. In fact, went to the one in Biloxi and it’s a joke compared to PC. I don’t mind the drive one but for better food and better service.
