i'll admit, I bought a 12 pack just because they changed the cans. drank a couple and went back to my ultra.

The Ultra throw backs are sure to be a hit with the sororities.

I mean the beer tastes like watered down piss but at least the can looks clean.

And go back to the pull tops

Nothing brings back memories like walking through the woods on our property and finding an old Schlitz can that my granddaddy probably drank 50 years ago.

I have made a full on switch to craft beer, but for days where I know I will have some marathon beer drinking, the Miller Lite classic can cannot be beat.

[link=(corner of River Road and France Street)]Contact Miller Lite[/link] and tell them to keep the old can.

when i think of miller lite i think of gimmicks. It constantly tries to use stupid gimmicks such as the vortex bottle and punch-top to get people to buy their beer. Personally i hate miller lite and I'm a bud light/Utra man, but the throw back cans do look awesome so they should keep them.

The should give you a spot to scratch things in the can. Maybe have the color change on the label when it's cold.

All the BMC market gimmicks to sell their products.

The Bud Light commercials suck too. Just give me great taste and less filling

I guarantee you couldn't tell the difference between the 3 in a blind taste test.

Must be because it's triple hops brewed.

The retro cans brought a new resurgence to Miller Lite.

I'd like to see Budweiser bring back the classic cans. Not that I drink Bud Heavys anymore

It's an acquired taste. Although since I've been interacting with the mavens my palate might be wrecked. I've done the taste test thing a few times back in the day and made some extra beer money off the doubters.

I also have a co worker who can't drink anything but BL. He won't drink if he is somewhere that doesn't have BL. It's sad.

I find it crazy that you think that would be hard to do. I could do it in a heart beat. Next maven bash I'm coming down reppin BMC and I'm gonna take all your monies.

I always say it when it comes up, but this is a genius design and needs to be adopted on all beer cans, especially craft beers. Makes a smooth pour and also allows a little more aroma to get in your nose if you're forced to drink out of the can.
